Our priority list fixes that without asking you to pay for a season that may never come. There is no fee and no obligation. You tell us your property, we walk it once before winter, and when a storm is coming we contact you first and clear in signup order.

We run a skid steer with a snow pusher, which handles open lots and tight drive lanes that a truck plow cannot reach cleanly.

Drive Lanes & Approaches
Entrances, exits, and interior lanes opened so customers and delivery trucks can get in and out safely.

Dock aprons, truck courts, and gravel or paved yards cleared so freight keeps moving.

Cleared and kept open, because these are the areas that draw complaints and liability first.

Most snow contractors will not put a number on their website. Here is ours.
$200 per hour
Skid steer with operator. Two hour minimum per call out.
Trigger depth: we dispatch at two inches of accumulation, or at a depth you set for your property.
Not to exceed pricing: after a free pre-season site walk, we give you a firm ceiling per visit so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Documented service: every visit comes with time stamped photos and arrival and departure times for your records and your insurer.

Before winter, we walk your property, measure it, mark your stacking areas, and set your trigger depth. No charge and no commitment.

We Call You
When a winter storm shows up in the forecast, we contact priority list properties first and confirm your spot before the snow starts.

We Clear and Document
We push, we photograph, and we invoice against the ceiling we gave you. You pay for the work, not for a season.

What does commercial snow removal cost in Tulsa?
Our rate is $200 per hour for a skid steer with operator, with a two hour minimum per call out. After a free site walk we give you a not to exceed number for your specific property so you can budget it.
How much snow has to fall before you come out?
Two inches is our standard trigger depth. You can set a different depth for your property when we do the site walk.
Do I have to sign a seasonal contract?
No. Seasonal contracts make sense in places that get snow every week. Oklahoma is not one of them. You join the priority list at no cost and pay only for the work performed.
How quickly can you get to my property?
Priority list properties are contacted before the storm and cleared in signup order. Properties that call us during an active storm are worked in after the priority list, which is why signing up early matters.
Do you clear sidewalks and entrances?
Hand work on sidewalks, steps, and entryways is quoted separately from lot clearing. Tell us what you need at the site walk and we will price it.
What about ice instead of snow?
Ice events are common in northeast Oklahoma and often more disruptive than snow. De-icing and salt application are quoted by property based on square footage.
