Our skid steer is equipped with both a forestry mulcher head and a grading bucket, which means we can switch between clearing and grading on the same job without bringing in separate equipment or crews. This saves you money and keeps your project on a faster timeline.

Land Grading and Leveling

Uneven ground creates problems for everything from mowing and walking to building and drainage. After clearing, we grade the surface to create a smooth, level area that is ready for its intended use. This includes filling in depressions left by removed stumps, smoothing out ruts from old logging or vehicle paths, and creating proper slope for water runoff.

Grading is essential for construction pad sites, driveway preparation, yard leveling, and any area where you need a flat, stable surface. Back grading is available as a separate add-on service, quoted per job, and we also offer standalone grading for properties that have already been cleared.

Culvert Installation

Rural Oklahoma properties frequently need culverts to manage water flow across driveways, access roads, and low-lying areas. Without a properly installed culvert, water pools on your driveway, erodes your road surface, and creates muddy, impassable sections during rain. A single heavy Oklahoma thunderstorm can wash out an unprotected driveway crossing in hours.

We install culverts in the right diameter and at the right depth to handle your property’s water flow. This includes excavating the trench, setting the culvert pipe at the correct grade, backfilling with appropriate material, and grading the surface over the top so vehicles can cross smoothly.

Driveway Preparation and Gravel Work

Building a driveway on rural property starts with clearing the path, grading the base, and establishing proper drainage. We handle the full process: clearing vegetation from the driveway corridor, grading the surface to the correct crown and slope, installing culverts at low spots and drainage crossings, and preparing the base for gravel or other surface material.

For existing driveways that have deteriorated, we can regrade the surface, fill potholes and washouts, re-establish proper drainage, and add gravel to restore a smooth driving surface.
