These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 4CWM LLC Land Management website (4cwm-land-management.com) and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About 4CWM LLC Land Management

Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request quotes and information about our services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not violate the rights of others, restrict others’ use, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Content on our website (including text, photos, graphics, logos, blog posts, and page layouts) is owned by 4CWM LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Quote Requests and Pricing Estimates
Prices displayed on our website, provided by our instant pricing calculator, or given verbally are estimates only. Actual pricing depends on on-site assessment of your property, including but not limited to:
- Terrain, slope, and access
- Actual vegetation density, type, and size
- Presence of trash, debris, buried obstacles, or existing structures
- Weather conditions and site accessibility at the time of work
- Scope changes requested by the property owner
All final pricing will be provided in writing following a free on-site assessment. The written quote you receive is the binding price for the scope described. Any scope changes will be quoted and approved before additional work is performed.
Service Area and Minimums
4CWM serves a 120-mile radius from Tulsa, Oklahoma, covering approximately 31 counties. Forestry mulching projects have a minimum charge equivalent to 3 acres of work. Other services are quoted by scope.
Property Owner Responsibilities
By hiring 4CWM to perform work on your property, you represent and agree that:
- You are the property owner, or you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property
- You have identified property boundaries accurately to us before work begins
- You have disclosed the location of buried utilities, septic lines, underground fuel tanks, wells, water lines, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, and any other underground infrastructure
- You have identified any trees, structures, or plants you want preserved before work begins
- You have obtained any required permits, HOA approvals, or other authorizations for the work
- You have accurately represented the property conditions to us during the quote process
4CWM is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, unmarked property lines, undisclosed structures, or preservation items not identified before work begins. When available, we recommend property owners call 811 (Oklahoma One-Call) before any clearing or excavation work.
Scheduling and Weather
Job schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, equipment availability, or delays on previous jobs. We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled dates and will communicate any changes as soon as possible. Weather-related rescheduling does not constitute a breach of contract.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your written quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be required to secure scheduling, and final payment is due upon completion of work. Accepted payment methods will be specified on your invoice. Past-due invoices may accrue late fees and collection costs as permitted by Oklahoma law.
Warranties and Limitations
4CWM warrants that our services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for forestry mulching and land clearing.
We do not warrant:
- That cleared vegetation will not regrow (regrowth is a natural occurrence)
- Specific soil, drainage, or agricultural outcomes following our work
- Property values or resale outcomes
- That underground conditions, weather patterns, or property use will remain unchanged
To the fullest extent allowed by Oklahoma law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Insurance
4CWM maintains general liability insurance covering our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request before work begins.
Photos and Marketing
4CWM may take photographs and videos of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. These photos typically do not identify the property owner or include identifying property features. If you prefer that we not use photos from your project, please notify us in writing before work begins.
Cancellations
Quote requests may be canceled at any time before you accept a written quote at no charge. If you cancel scheduled work, please give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellation policies for deposits are specified in your written quote.
Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us directly at (918) 313-1632 to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the website.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Nextdoor, and others). These are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites.
